The free tools (such as the tracking health check, calculators, UTM builder, hash generator and code generators) are provided free of charge and "as is". They are meant to help, not to replace professional advice. Always check generated code and numbers before using them on a live website or ad account. I am not responsible for losses caused by relying on a tool's output.
04 Content, case studies and trademarks
- Articles, guides and designs on this site are my work unless stated otherwise.
- Case studies describe real client projects. Screenshots are shown to illustrate my work, with sensitive information such as tokens, customer data and order IDs blurred.
- Product and company names such as Google, Meta, Shopify and others are trademarks of their owners. I am an independent freelancer and not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies unless stated.
05 Working with me
- Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing (email, WhatsApp, Upwork or Fiverr) before any work starts.
- If you hire me through Upwork or Fiverr, that platform's terms, payment protection and dispute process apply in addition to these terms.
- You give me access to the accounts needed for the project using your own account settings. You stay the owner of all your accounts, data and ad spend.
- You are responsible for your ad budgets, the content of your ads and your own website's legal pages (for example, your privacy policy and cookie banner).
- I keep your data, access and project details confidential and only use them for your project.
06 Results
Advertising results depend on many things outside my control, such as your offer, prices, competition, budget and platform changes. I do not guarantee specific results such as a number of leads, sales or a return on ad spend. I do guarantee to do the agreed work carefully and to test it before handing it over.
07 Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from the use of this website or its tools. For paid projects, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
08 Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, such as Google, Meta, Upwork and Fiverr. I am not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
09 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you hire me through Upwork or Fiverr, the dispute process of that platform applies first.
